Brand Manager Vaccines - VIE Contract

Location: United Kingdom, Reading

Target start date: 01/11/2026


iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the Job

As Brand Manager Vaccines VIE within our UKIE MCO team, you'll take full strategic and commercial accountability for a brand/portfolio — driving brand planning, launch excellence, and omnichannel execution in one of the most dynamic areas of the vaccines franchise. This is a high-responsibility role for a high-caliber individual: you'll lead cross-functional teams, own P&L decisions, and shape how vaccines reach the patients who need them. Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and omnichannel strategies for a vaccines brand or portfolio, aligned with global and MCO objectives.
  • Own P&L accountability for the brand/portfolio, including commercial policy management, budget optimization, and pricing strategy to maximize return on investment.
  • Lead market analysis, identify competitive opportunities, and develop go-to-market strategies that drive sustainable portfolio growth.
  • Lead launch planning and readiness for pipeline products, coordinating cross-functionally across medical, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams.
  • Drive digital-first customer engagement by managing digital assets and executing omnichannel campaigns and partnerships across the franchise.
  • Own demand forecasting and supply chain coordination to ensure portfolio availability and maintain accurate demand plans.
  • Oversee the promotional materials lifecycle, coordinate regulatory updates, and ensure full ABPI compliance across the brand/portfolio.
  • Align with global vaccines brand teams to localize strategy, brand plans, and assets for the UK & Ireland market.

About You

Experience:

  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical or healthcare brand management, ideally in vaccines or established portfolios.
  • Experience in P&L management, commercial policy management, and budget ownership.
  • Experience in launch planning or market access, in demand planning, supply chain coordination, or commercial operations.

Soft and Technical Skills:

  • Cross-functional collaboration, demand planning, data-driven decision making, and strong communication skills.
  • Strategic vision and brand leadership.
  • P&L and commercial policy accountability.
  • Digital marketing and omnichannel expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital-first, omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with promotional materials approval systems and regulatory compliance (ABPI, PI updates).

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
  • ABPI Level 3 Certification or equivalent preferred but not essential.

Languages:

  • Fluent English required (written and spoken).
