Elevate a Purpose-Driven Legal & Advocacy Brand

Are you a proactive, connected Brand Manager with proven media relationships and a track record of securing high-profile feature coverage, podcast slots, and broadcast media appearances?

At Themis Crown Advocates, we operate at the intersection of law, ESG, human rights, and corporate governance. We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to spearhead our brand visibility, manage major media partnerships, and position our leadership team across national television, top-tier legal/business podcasts, and innovative advertising campaigns (including streaming and outdoor platforms).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media & Broadcast Pitches: Leverage existing media contacts to secure regular TV, radio, press, and podcast commentary appearances for our Founding Partners.
  • Campaign & Ad Management: Oversee strategic brand awareness campaigns across digital platforms, streaming networks (e.g., Netflix ad placements), and out-of-home advertising (such as Underground & outdoor campaigns).
  • PR & Thought Leadership: Draft compelling press releases, pitch angles, and media briefs to position the firm as a thought leader in law, ESG, and social impact.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Manage external creative agencies, media buyers, social media management teams, and press outlets to ensure brand consistency and maximum campaign ROI.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Monitor press coverage, track engagement metrics across campaigns, and report directly to executive leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
