Backed by fresh investment, my client are on a mission to bring their restaurant locations back to life through high-impact, culturally relevant, and digital-first marketing.
About The Role
What you'll be doing
- Lead multi-channel campaigns end-to-end from initial brief to in-store execution.
- Partner with Food Innovation, Commercial, and Operations to bring new product launches (NPD) and menu updates to life.
- Collaborate closely with agency partners and internal channel experts across Social, Paid Media, CRM, PR, and in-store communications.
- Act as a key brand voice, presenting marketing updates in company town halls and ensuring restaurant teams are fully equipped for launch success.
- Track performance data, pull together campaign reporting, and translate insights into practical recommendations for future growth.

ABOUT YOU
What We're Looking For

- Proven track record as a Brand, Marketing, or Campaign Manager within fast-paced consumer hospitality, retail or FMCG.
- Robust end-to-end campaign and project management abilities, with experience managing agencies, channel specialists, and multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working with sales, guest, and campaign data to pull together clear, actionable reporting.
- A confident, articulate communicator who is comfortable presenting, building credibility cross-functionally, and constructively challenging ideas when needed.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and resilient, thriving in a flexible, evolving fast-paced environment
