Job Description

With the aim of strengthening our Team in the United Kingdom, we are recruiting a Brand Manager – Eye Care.

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the marketing strategy, product launches and growth of our UK portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams in the UK and globally, you will develop and execute brand strategies tailored to local market needs, generate customer insights, drive customer engagement and support commercial success.

This role offers the opportunity to shape product performance, lead launch readiness activities and contribute to the expansion of Fidia's portfolio across existing and new therapy areas. You will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, influencing strategic direction and ensuring all activities are delivered in line with regulatory and industry standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute UK brand and product strategies aligned with business objectives and portfolio priorities
  • Act as the UK marketing lead for assigned products and represent Marketing within the UK Leadership Team
  • Adapt and implement global marketing strategies, campaigns and materials for the UK market
  • Lead product launch planning and launch readiness activities to support successful market introductions
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain and Global Marketing teams
  • Deliver omnichannel marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives across digital and traditional channels
  • Generate customer insights and monitor market trends, competitor activity and NHS developments to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Track product performance, market share and campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations to drive growth
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and other external stakeholders
  • Manage budgets, resources and agency partners while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

  • University degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualification in Pharmaceutical Business is a plus
  • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including successful commercial, sales and/or marketing roles
  • Solid people leadership experience, ideally with first-line management responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical product launch planning and execution
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing, brand management and portfolio development
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, competitor analysis and performance tracking
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments
  • Experience generating customer insights and translating them into successful commercial strategies
  • Knowledge of omnichannel marketing, digital engagement tools and CRM platforms
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical compliance requirements, including ABPI Code standards
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with budget management experience
  • Adaptable, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities across therapy areas and evolving business needs
