Tuesday and Thursday are in-office days.

At Master of Malt, we're obsessed with creating brilliant experiences for drinks lovers. From world-class whisky to exciting new spirits, we don't just sell bottles - we tell stories, build communities and create moments that people genuinely want to be part of.

We're looking for a Brand Marketing & Campaign Manager to bring all of that together.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who understands how to turn customer insight into commercially successful marketing. You'll own our marketing calendar, shape how our brand comes to life across every customer touchpoint, and lead the teams responsible for campaigns, content and organic social.

If you're equally comfortable discussing customer behaviour, creative ideas, commercial priorities and delivery plans, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for developing and delivering a customer-first marketing strategy that puts the Master of Malt brand front and centre.

Working closely with Commercial, Buying and Marketing teams, you'll ensure our campaigns are timely, relevant and commercially impactful, bringing together seasonal moments, customer insight and business priorities into one cohesive plan.

You'll:

  • Own and continually evolve the Master of Malt marketing calendar across Retail and Trade.
  • Build customer-led campaigns that balance creativity with commercial performance.
  • Bring together our Campaigns, Content and Organic Social teams under one joined-up strategy.
  • Identify the biggest commercial opportunities and coordinate activity across Performance Marketing, CRM, Blog, Homepage, Digital Merchandising and Campaigns.
  • Partner closely with Buying and Commercial teams to align marketing priorities with product and trading plans.
  • Ensure every activation is delivered consistently across channels, with clear ownership, timelines and accountability.
  • Lead campaign reviews and use insight and data to continually improve future performance.
  • Work with UX and Digital Merchandising teams to create engaging customer journeys across our websites.
  • Improve marketing operations by simplifying reporting, introducing smarter ways of working and embedding effective project management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why join us?

We're proud of our personality. We take what we do seriously, but never ourselves.

You'll join a business where ideas are welcomed, collaboration is encouraged and there's genuine opportunity to shape one of the UK's most recognisable online drinks retailers.

If you're excited by building brands, leading brilliant people and delivering marketing that customers genuinely love, we'd love to hear from you.
