The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join BABYBOO’s growing Brand team and play a key role in bringing our global marketing strategy to life. Working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll help deliver standout campaigns, collection launches, collaborations and key brand moments, coordinating activity from initial brief through to launch.

You’ll sit at the centre of the action, partnering across Creative, Product, Trade, Digital, Performance, Social and Influencer to ensure every campaign feels connected, considered and unmistakably BABYBOO.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment, this is an opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing global fashion brand and help shape how BABYBOO shows up in the moments that matter.

This is a remote opportunity to be ideally based in and around Manchester. You will be expected to work early mornings to collaborate with our Sydney, Australia team.

You will

  • Support the delivery of BABYBOO’s global brand marketing strategy, bringing campaigns, product launches and key brand moments to life.
  • Own and maintain the brand marketing calendar, coordinating campaign timelines, milestones and deliverables from brief through to launch.
  • Help manage campaign workstreams and smaller campaigns, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on brief and to BABYBOO’s brand standards.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Merchandising, Trade, Digital, Performance, Social and Influencer teams to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns.
  • Lead campaign messaging and creative development, ensuring BABYBOO’s brand identity, tone of voice and positioning are consistent across all customer touchpoints.
  • Coordinate campaign assets across CRM, social, website, paid media and offline channels, ensuring teams have everything they need for successful execution.
  • Stay close to upcoming collections, product drops, restocks and trading priorities, connecting product stories with compelling brand and campaign narratives.
  • Monitor fashion, cultural, social and consumer trends, bringing competitor insights, emerging opportunities and fresh ideas into campaign planning.
  • Support campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, using brand and performance insights to identify learnings and continuously improve future activity.

You are

  • Experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing, Campaigns, Fashion Marketing or a similar role.
  • Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns or product launches.
  • Detailed project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Digital, Social, Product or Commercial teams.
  • Understanding of brand marketing and customer communications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of social, digital and wider marketing channels.
  • Commercially aware with an understanding of how marketing activity supports business objectives.
  • Passionate about fashion, culture, trends and the BABYBOO customer.
