As we continue to evolve and improve our customer experience through our Accelerating Growth Plan (AGP), we're looking for a Copywriter to help shape how those changes are experienced and understood by guests. You'll sit at the heart of a major business transformation programme, helping teams make complex decisions through the lens of the customer.
Working across a wide range of guest journeys, you'll translate complex operational, digital and proposition changes into experiences and communications that are clear, intuitive and genuinely helpful. You'll often be the person asking, "What does this mean for the guest?" and helping stakeholders simplify complexity to create a better experience.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Property, F&B, Digital and Product teams, influencing decisions and shaping customer-facing journeys that will impact millions of guests every year.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
