About NOVA:
NOVA Wealth is a fast-growing start-up looking to change the face of financial advice and the way it's delivered in the UK. We firmly believe that a human adviser needs to be at the heart of every client relationship, however by leveraging technology we can empower our advisers to deliver higher levels of service and cut out a lot of the day-to-day admin that gets in the way. At our core, we're here to build a game changer in the advice industry that delivers better customer outcomes, at a lower cost, for more people. Through customer-centric advisers supported by our innovative Lifeline technology, we empower our customers to go beyond just making smarter financial decisions to living the lives they dream of.
About the role:
At NOVA, we're building a brand that people trust with their financial future. This is a support-and-build role: you'll help ensure everything we put out into the world is on-brand, on-message, and out the door fast, while also getting a hand in shaping the design system itself as we grow.
You'll work closely with the Head of Client Growth, acting as the design and marketing engine behind our content output. Over time, you'll also help evolve our design system, working directly with senior stakeholders across the business to make sure it keeps pace with how NOVA is growing.
This is a genuinely great launchpad role: hands-on exposure to brand, design, and marketing operations inside a fast-moving FCA-regulated fintech, with real stakeholder access and real output landing in market. Ideal for a talented, driven individual looking to build a career in design or marketing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The shape of the role is deliberate. Two to three days a week suits someone building their own studio, freelance practice or personal projects, and wanting a steady, interesting anchor client alongside it. It suits a student or recent graduate just as well, whether you're piecing together a week of work, funding your own projects, or looking for somewhere to build real commercial experience without giving up your other commitments.
Requirements
What you'll be doing:
- Design System: Own and evolve NOVA's design system (in Claude Design), gathering input from senior stakeholders to keep everything we publish consistent and on-brand as we grow
- Asset Library: Build and manage our core asset library. Stock photography, logos, headshots, icons, animation, awards, and Trustpilot assets
- Campaign & Organic Creative: Turn briefs from our wealth, mortgage, and financial wellbeing teams into campaign creative, plus organic assets like blog and LinkedIn infographics and adviser content
- Ad Creative: Manage ad creative end-to-end. Sizing, versioning, and uploading across Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta
- Web & Landing Pages: Manage imagery in Strapi (our CMS) for the website and blog, and help build and iterate landing pages from the Performance Marketing Lead's briefs
- Events & Collateral: Design decks and collateral for financial wellbeing workshops, roadshows, and seminars
About you:
- Design Background: A degree, a course, or self-taught with the portfolio to prove it — we're open on experience level
- A Strong Portfolio: Work that shows an eye for layout, typography, and hierarchy. We care more about taste and judgement than years on the clock
- AI Creative Tool Fluency: Comfort with AI creative tools and genuine curiosity about where they're heading. If you haven't used Claude Design, tell us what you have used and how
- Brief-to-POV: You're comfortable working from a written brief, asking the right questions, and coming back with a point of view rather than a first draft
- Organised: A large part of this job is asset management, and it only works if someone keeps it tidy
