Are you a digital-first designer who loves creating intuitive, engaging online experiences? Do you get excited by crafting customer journeys that not only look great but also drive results? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

At Premier Inn, we're looking for a Mid-weight Designer to join our in-house Brand Studio and help shape the digital experiences seen by millions of customers across our website, app, CRM communications and digital marketing channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on one of the UK's most recognised consumer brands, combining creativity with customer-focused design thinking.

What you'll be doing

  • You will be working closely with colleagues across Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, UX and CRM, turning briefs into compelling digital experiences that support both customer needs and commercial goals.
  • You will also play a key role in bringing the Premier Inn brand to life across every digital touchpoint, from wireframes and landing pages to app experiences, web banners and campaign assets.
  • We work with an established design system and apply strong UI principles, mobile-first thinking and accessibility best practices to create seamless customer journeys.
  • Collaboration in our business is really important and working with stakeholders to present your ideas, explain your design rationale and continuously improve performance through insight-led design and optimisation is vital.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
