Are you an experienced marketing leader with a passion for building brands, developing high-performing teams, and delivering commercial growth?
We're looking for a Brand Marketing Director with extensive experience in the UK & Ireland market to lead the strategic direction and execution of our marketing agenda across one of our most important markets. This is a unique opportunity to influence brand growth, drive business performance through strong strategy and execution, and inspire teams while working for one of the world's most recognised and loved consumer brands.
The Opportunity
As Brand Marketing Director, you will lead a talented marketing team and play a key role within the senior leadership community. You'll be responsible for developing and executing best-in-class marketing strategies, creating impactful consumer experiences, and ensuring strong commercial outcomes across brands, audiences, and key trading periods.
Working closely with local and global stakeholders, you will combine creativity, data, and commercial acumen to deliver sustainable growth and market-leading campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Brand Marketing team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, learning, and innovation.
- Contribute as a key member of the Marketing and wider business leadership teams.
- Drive organisational change and inspire excellence across the function.
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Define and lead the UK & Ireland go-to-market brand strategy.
- Deliver integrated marketing plans across media, social, PR, experiential, influencer, and performance marketing channels.
- Champion innovation and a test-and-learn mindset to maximise marketing effectiveness.
- Develop strong partnerships with global teams, agencies, retailers, and strategic partners.
- Drive an owned, earned, shared, and paid marketing approach to achieve business objectives.
Commercial Leadership
- Own marketing performance and commercial delivery across audiences, brands, and launches.
- Manage and optimise significant marketing investments and budgets.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to drive growth.
- Partner closely with Sales and Operations teams to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Bring a strong customer and audience perspective to business decision-making.

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- A deep and current understanding of the UK & Ireland retail environment and experience partnering with major retailers in-country is essential.
- Significant senior-level brand marketing experience within a leading consumer goods organisation (FMCG, gaming or tech company exposure is preferred).
- Proven success leading teams and developing high-performing talent.
- Strong track record of delivering brand growth, improved brand health, and commercial results.
- Expertise across the full marketing mix, including media, social, PR, events, influencer marketing, and measurement.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across local and global organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively at senior leadership level.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and influencing skills.
- A demonstratable exposure to experience of change management and the resilience required to accept, drive and implement.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within highly matrixed, cross-functional organisations.
- Knowledge of marketing mix modelling and advanced effectiveness measurement.
- Experience marketing to family, parent, or children's audiences.
- Understanding of omnichannel retail and eCommerce environments.
