BRAND & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Job Type: Full time, permanent, Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week
Location: Remote working, with occasional travel to our Support Office in Stokesley, North Yorkshire, and dental practices across England
Salary: From £28,000, depending on experience

As we continue to grow with many ways, we’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Brand & Marketing Executive to help shape, develop and protect the identities of our Riverdale Healthcare brands.
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend every day doing the same thing.
One day you might be developing a new campaign, the next you could be supporting a practice with local marketing, creating content, briefing an agency, working on a new brand project or spotting an opportunity to help one of our practices stand out from the crowd.

You’ll:
- Bring our brands to life - supporting the development and management of distinctive brand identities, propositions, messaging and tone of voice across the Riverdale Healthcare group
- Be a brand guardian - helping make sure marketing activity remains consistent, recognisable and aligned with our values and commercial objectives
- Create brilliant content - developing engaging materials across social media, digital, print, photography, video and other marketing channels
- Develop campaigns - helping create insight-led brand campaigns that build awareness, engagement and reputation
- Support our practices - working with practice teams to identify local marketing opportunities and helping them make the most of their brand within their communities
- Work with creative partners - briefing and managing agencies, designers, photographers, suppliers and other external partners to deliver high-quality work
- Keep an eye on the market - researching competitors, consumer behaviour and wider dental, healthcare and marketing trends
- Spot opportunities - bringing fresh ideas that could increase brand visibility, patient engagement and loyalty
- Work collaboratively - partnering with the wider marketing team and internal stakeholders to make sure campaigns and brand activity work together
- Support growth - getting involved in new projects, initiatives and opportunities as our practices, brands and wider organisation continue to develop
What makes you perfect for this role?
You’re the kind of person who:
- Has experience within marketing, branding, content or a similar creative role
- Has a genuine interest in brands and understands what makes a brand distinctive and memorable
- Can create engaging written and visual content for different audiences and channels
- Has a great eye for detail and can spot when something doesn’t quite feel "on brand"
- Is confident managing several projects and priorities at the same time
- Enjoys working with different people, from practice teams and senior stakeholders to agencies and suppliers
- Can take a brief and turn it into something creative, practical and engaging
- Is comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Keeps up to date with marketing trends and isn’t afraid to suggest something new
- Thinks commercially and understands that great marketing should ultimately support awareness, engagement and business growth
- Is proactive, organised and happy to take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do

Experience within dental or healthcare would be useful, but it certainly isn’t essential. We’re much more interested in finding someone with the right combination of creativity, initiative, brand thinking and personality.
