Brand Marketing Executive
As a Brand Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key supporting role in the delivery of seasonal brand and product marketing initiatives. Working as part of the marketing team and wider brand team, you’ll help bring campaigns to life across creative, digital and partner channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the outdoors and eager to grow their experience in brand marketing and product campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
Brand Campaigns and Initiatives
- Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and Brand Team in delivering the Global Brand Plan
- Assisting in the coordination and delivery of seasonal marketing projects across creative and product marketing
- Supporting the production and delivery of campaign assets
- Help manage timelines and asset delivery for seasonal campaigns
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure Brand projects are delivered on time and on brand
Partner and Team Collaboration
- Working closely with the wider marketing team to support development of toolkits and assets
- Collaborating regularly with external brand partners including PR, Social media and Creative agencies, photographers and videographers
- Work closely with Product, Design, Commercial, Digital and regional marketing teams on seasonal priorities

Product Marketing Support
- Work closely with Product, Design and Commercial teams to build a strong understanding of seasonal ranges and product priorities.
- Help ensure accurate and consistent product information is reflected across marketing assets and consumer touchpoints.
- Supporting the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date product information across internal systems.
- Support post-season reviews to inform future activity.
- Supporting marketing sample management and key seasonal milestone tracking
What you’ll bring:
- A passion for cycling and knowledge of the performance apparel market would be highly advantageous.
- Some experience supporting brand or marketing campaigns, from planning through to execution.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multiple projects.
- Confidence working with different teams, stakeholders and external partners.
- An interest in brand positioning, product marketing and consumer insight.
- A good eye for creative, design and storytelling.
- Curious, proactive and keen to learn.

- Experience Interview - A more in-depth interview (usually online) with the hiring manager to explore your skills, experience and approach, and how these align with the role, our principles, and our ways of working.
- Final Interview - A final in-person interview at our office, focused on deeper discussion and practical application, giving you the chance to meet more of the team and see Pentland Brands in action.
