Brand Marketing Executive - Gola

With an enviable portfolio of leading footwear brands, Jacobson Group is a recognised leader within the footwear industry. We are seeking a creative, commercially minded and enthusiastic Brand Marketing Executive to join our team at our Rawtenstall Head Office and help drive the continued growth of Gola, one of Britain's most iconic sports and lifestyle brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional to gain broad exposure across brand marketing, PR, events, digital marketing, content creation and international brand development. Working closely with the wider marketing, sales and creative teams, you will play a key role in delivering engaging marketing campaigns and supporting Gola's presence across the UK and international markets. The role may require UK and international travel.

Key Responsibilities

As Brand Marketing Executive, you will:

  • Support the development and execution of Gola's brand marketing strategy.
  • Assist in the creation and management of seasonal marketing campaigns, brand collateral and visual merchandising materials.
  • Work closely with the in-house creative team to develop point-of-sale materials and marketing assets for retail partners.
  • Coordinate marketing activity with Gola's international agents, distributors and business partners.
  • Organise and support B2B customer events, trade shows and brand presentations.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing communications across PR, media, digital and SEO channels.
  • Create engaging content for Gola's websites, including Gola UK, Gola EU and Gola USA.
  • Work with PR agencies and media partners across multiple international markets.
  • Represent the Gola brand at industry, media and PR events in the UK and overseas.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and make recommendations based on insights and data.
  • Assist with marketing budget management and campaign reporting.
  • Support wider marketing initiatives and projects as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
