Purpose of the Job:
The Brand Marketing Executive will support the development, coordination, and execution of the Williams Medical strategic marketing plan.
This role will be ideal for a marketing all-rounder who is looking to work across multiple channels and support campaign planning, creative briefing, event management, communications, and copywriting. The Brand Marketing Executive will also provide input into the strategic planning process and support with market research.
In addition to being organized, they’ll need to be creative, logical, and analytical in approach. Good communication and influencing skills will also be required to work closely with colleagues across design, digital, sales, and product management.
The role is supported by wider marketing, sales, and eCommerce teams and provides an opportunity for further growth and development.
Main Duties/Responsibilities and Knowledge/Skills Requirements
- Execute campaigns and promotions across multiple channels, including (but not limited to): email, direct mail, print, web, and social media
- Support the execution of campaigns across wider digital and sales channels (including eCommerce and field sales)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to prepare creative briefs and ensure delivery to agreed timeframes
- Write copy for marketing initiatives, including brand adverts, customer communications, and external media
- Support the delivery of the exhibitions, events, and webinar program - including the creation of bespoke materials, ordering promotional merchandise, event logistics, and the coordination of post-event follow-up
- Manage relationships with external marketing suppliers (including printers and mailing houses)
- Proofread product and marketing copy
- Support customer, competitor, and market research initiatives
- Coordinate customer lifecycle communications, including win-back campaigns
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, reporting findings, and provide recommendations to key stakeholders

Knowledge, Experience, and Understanding
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Appreciation of delivering customer-focused, marketing strategies
- Understanding of project management skills and influencing across cross-functional teams
- Experience of managing email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools
- Experience in a multiple-product or healthcare organization is desired, but not essential
- CIM qualification or marketing/business-related degree would be advantageous
Skills/Abilities
- Able to self-manage and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator with excellent people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, with the willingness and enthusiasm to develop
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
