£30,000–£35,000 per annum | 151 Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7ET | Full-time, 9am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri.

We're DCTUK — commercial flooring that ain't boring. Our clients include Netflix, Starbucks, McDonald's, Tesco, Manchester Airport, the NHS, and the UK Government. We're growing fast, and we need a creative, people-first marketer to bring our London showroom and projects to life.

This is a rare mix: part showroom host, part content creator. You'll join our existing Brand & Marketing Executive and combine to be the faces customers meet when they walk in, the people on site filming our fit teams at work, and the team turning it all into content that grows our following. If you love people as much as you love a camera, this is your role.

What you'll do...

In the showroom

  • Meet and look after customers who walk into our showroom, building genuine relationships from the first hello
  • Explain our product selection, open swatchbooks, listen to our customer's requirements, and tell them about our services
  • Pass qualified leads to the sales team to follow up
  • Help organise showroom events with the rest of the marketing team, turning DCTUK into a real commercial community space

On site

  • Attend site surveys throughout London, hand over welcome packs, and build relationships with prospective customers face-to-face
  • Carry out pre-check visits ahead of London installations (training will be provided)
  • Film London projects in progress, including drone footage where possible, and get to know the customers and fit teams while you're there
  • Live stream on socials from fitting sites, bringing our fit teams into the broadcast

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Content & social

  • Create social clips from the showroom and fitting projects — products, projects, and general updates
  • Post daily across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Self-edit short-form video content
  • Liaise with our freelance video editors to get long-form videos finished for YouTube and social and ensure our videos bang
  • Schedule content through HubSpot and grow our channels and following
  • Run regular weekly giveaways to bring new followers on board
  • Take on other marketing duties as they come up — no two weeks look the same here

What we're looking for

  • A warm, natural people-person who's just as comfortable chatting to a walk-in customer as they are to camera
  • Genuine confidence filming and self-editing short-form video — show us your reel or your channels
  • Comfortable being the face of the brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn - but organised and serious about the role
  • Organised enough to juggle showroom hosting, site visits, and a content calendar without dropping the ball
  • Previous experience in content creation, social media, or customer-facing roles is a big plus, but a great eye, strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for people matter more than a CV
