Brand & Marketing Executive
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Working pattern: Full-time, office-based, five days per week
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Salary: £27,000–£32,000 depending on experience

The Role
We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Executive with 1–3 years’ experience to join our growing marketing team.
This is a varied, hands-on role spanning brand and campaign development, content, paid media, website and UX, SEO, social media, photoshoots, events and performance analysis.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider marketing team, you will help develop and deliver integrated brand and marketing campaigns from initial idea through to launch and analysis. You will play an important role in bringing the LILY & ROO brand to life consistently across every customer touchpoint, while using performance insights to continually improve our approach.
This role would suit a commercially minded and creative marketer who enjoys the variety of working across multiple channels and is particularly interested in the space where brand, creativity and performance come together.
Key Accountabilities
Brand and Campaigns
- Support the development and delivery of integrated brand and marketing campaigns, taking them from initial idea and creative development through to execution across multiple channels.
- Help develop campaign concepts, copy and messaging, creative direction and channel plans alongside the Head of Marketing and wider team.
- Coordinate activity across website, paid media, organic social and other marketing channels.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and the LILY & ROO brand is represented consistently across all customer touchpoints.
- Review campaign performance and identify key learnings and opportunities for future activity.
- Regularly research competitor activity, industry trends and best-in-class campaigns to bring new ideas and inspiration into the business.
Paid Media
- Support paid advertising activity across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms, from a creative standpoint.
- Work closely with external paid media partners to coordinate campaigns, audiences, creative requirements and promotional activity.
- Develop and brief paid social creative, ensuring a strong pipeline of assets and concepts for testing.
- Monitor key performance metrics and help identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Use paid media insights to help inform wider creative and campaign decisions.

Website, UX and SEO
- Manage day-to-day marketing updates across the LILY & ROO website.
- Update homepage banners, landing pages, collection pages, product pages and campaign content in line with the marketing calendar.
- Coordinate website requirements for product launches, promotions and campaigns, ensuring creative and messaging are translated consistently across the site.
- Regularly review and test the customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve UX, merchandising and conversion.
- Support SEO activity across product, collection and editorial content.
- Work with internal and external partners on website, SEO and optimisation projects.
- Monitor website performance and use customer behaviour and performance data to inform improvements.
Content and Social Media
- Support the Social Media & Content Executive with content strategy and creation across LILY & ROO's digital channels, where needed.
- Create engaging, on-brand content for campaigns, product launches and key trading moments, using Canva to create and adapt assets across different marketing channels.
- Support the Social Media & Content Executive with organic and paid social content where needed, including product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content.
- Work closely with the Social Media & Content Executive to ensure content supports the wider brand, marketing and commercial calendar.
Photoshoots and Creative
- Support the planning and delivery of quarterly campaign, e-commerce, lifestyle and content photoshoots.
- Contribute to creative concepts, mood boards, shot lists and product selections.
- Help translate campaign concepts and brand direction into shoot requirements and creative assets.
- Coordinate products, samples, props and other requirements ahead of shoots.
- Attend photoshoots and help ensure all required campaign and channel assets are captured.
- Manage and organise final assets following shoots, ensuring they are easily accessible across the business.
- Brief and coordinate photographers, videographers, designers and other creative suppliers where required.
Reporting and Performance
- Support weekly and monthly marketing reporting across key channels.
- Analyse campaign performance across paid media, website, social and other activity, identifying key learnings and opportunities for improvement.
- Use performance insights to inform future campaigns, creative and channel decisions.
- Monitor customer behaviour and the wider customer journey to understand how different marketing channels work together.
- Help maintain marketing budgets, trackers, campaign calendars and reporting documents.
About You
- 1–3 years’ marketing experience, ideally within jewellery, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail or e-commerce.
- Broad experience across brand and digital marketing, with exposure to areas such as campaigns, content, email, paid media, website and social media.
- A strong understanding of how different marketing channels work together across the customer journey.
- Creative and commercially minded, with an interest in both brand building and performance marketing.
- Strong visual eye and a good understanding of premium brand presentation and design principles, with confidence using Canva to create and adapt high-quality, on-brand marketing assets.
- Experience working with e-commerce websites; Shopify experience would be advantageous.
- Understanding of paid social and digital advertising, particularly Meta and Google.
- An understanding of website UX, CRO and SEO principles.
- Experience supporting photoshoots, content production, or events would be advantageous.
- Comfortable interpreting marketing data and using insights to make recommendations.
- Naturally curious about brands, campaigns, consumer behaviour and emerging marketing trends.
- Excellent written English, communication and attention to detail.
- Highly organised, proactive and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This is an office-based role at our Watford headquarters, five days per week. Candidates must be able to commute to Watford Junction comfortably.
