Description
Footasylum is a leading UK-based retailer specialising in streetwear and sportswear, committed to delivering innovative and trend-setting products to our customers, with a strong focus on digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
We are looking for an ambitious Brand Marketing Executive to join the well-established Footasylum Marketing team. In this role you’ll be front & centre, bringing both our internal brands such as Monterrain & third-party brands such as Nike & Adidas to life across every marketing touchpoint. From campaign strategies & briefing disruptive creative concepts to managing budgets & owning full campaign rollouts.
The Team
The brand marketing team functions as a part of the larger marketing department and we work extremely closely with creative, ecomm and the studio team to bring brands/campaigns to market, in line with the individual consumer groups.
Reporting into the Brand Marketing Manager, you will have weekly meetings to discuss ongoing workload and goal setting.
Our goal is to create an environment in which you can learn new skills, gain experience in existing ones and improve your knowledge of the consumer continually. You will be supported in your journey and will be pushed to take on new challenges and expand your knowledge of the brand marketing team.

Along with;

- Great Communicator: Friendly, clear & confident when liaising with internal teams & external brand contacts.
- Clear, confident & professional written & verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks, stay on top of details & keep projects moving.
- Passionate about street fashion & well-tuned to the Footasylum consumer.
- Experience within fashion marketing or brand roles would be preferable.
Responsibilities
- You will support Internal & Partner Brands
- You will help execute day-to-day marketing plans for our own brands alongside major third-party brands, catering to our different consumer groups.
- You will be assisting in taking campaigns from concept to launch, drafting creative briefs and updating project timelines.
- You will be tracking budgets & following the GTM process.
- You will work collaboratively across Buying, Merchandising, E-commerce, Studio & Retail to help make sure launches run smoothly.
- You will be reporting into the Brand Marketing Manager to review tasks & goals, with opportunities in quarterly meetings to learn more about the broader strategy.
