Brand Marketing Lead

We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Brand Marketing Lead to join a growing business and take the lead on developing and delivering marketing activity across a varied portfolio of products and brands.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical delivery, working across campaigns, partnerships, events, communications, and brand development.
Description of the role:
- You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity that strengthens brand presence, supports commercial objectives, and drives customer engagement.
- Developing and delivering product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activity.
- Managing trade marketing activity and supporting external communications.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with media contacts, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Planning and coordinating exhibitions, events, and other industry activity.
- Identifying new opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns and projects to life.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standard.

About you:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong track record of developing and growing brands.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and briefing skills.
- A good understanding of commercial marketing and customer engagement.
- Strong creative thinking combined with a practical, results-focused approach.
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and the drive to turn ideas into effective marketing activity.
- The ability to develop and execute a multi-channel sales strategy.
- Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organization and project management capability.
