Up to £65,000 per annum.
London | Hybrid - 3 days a week in office
About the Company
Our client is a founder-led events business with a team of 50+ specialists working across some of the UK's largest and most exciting events.
Their Marketplace supports B2B and B2C customers, connecting them with standout suppliers across street food, drink and venues for private events. Clients include Spotify, Netflix and BBC, across everything from large-scale summer and Christmas parties to regular office lunches.
Their Live division works with organisers of major public events, using technology and industry expertise to deliver exceptional food and drink experiences that also drive commercial results. Their work spans festivals, stadium fanzones and cultural celebrations, with clients including GALA Festival, Rock Oyster, Hill Dickinson Stadium and Pride in London.
The business started 10 years ago as a two-person marketplace launched from a kitchen table and now supports events attended by over 10 million guests each year. They have also been recognised by Tempo and the Startups 100 Awards as one of the UK's best places to work.
The Role
You'll take ownership of our client's brand direction, working closely with and reporting into the CMO to shape the strategy and turn it into an always-on content programme, organic campaigns and flagship pieces.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You'll build senior relationships with live event clients, major venues, B2B partners, investors and suppliers to strengthen the brand across key audiences. This is a strategic brand-building role for someone who can develop ideas and turn them into action.
You'll own brand strategy, content and channels, while partnering with the Head of Design on the visual direction and the Head of Growth on connecting brand activity with acquisition, conversion and retention.

- Own an always-on content calendar focused on brand-led storytelling.
- Plan and run organic brand campaigns, setting themes, priorities and measuring performance.
- Set and maintain the brand and messaging standard across all outward-facing content.

- Work with the Supply Lead on the value proposition and engagement strategy for high-value and prospective suppliers.

- A strong creative flair, combined with genuine campaign planning and delivery experience.
- Confident managing senior relationships with marketing teams at high-profile clients, including festival promoters, stadia, venues and corporate accounts, as well as investors and media.
