In this role, you will translate agreed strategic priorities into marketing programmes, sales education, customer value content, commercial tools, and product/service lifecycle activities that support ProCare growth and help integrate service earlier within Stryker’s capital sales opportunities.
This position combines strategic brand marketing contribution with hands-on marketing operations and commercial administration, ensuring that essential business data, pricing, product set-up, quotations, and opportunity management processes remain accurate and current.
This is a great opportunity to join one of the world's leading medical technology organizations! We also offer great workplace flexibility across EMEA, with a hybrid work model.
What you will do
- Start with a familiarization phase to learn about our ProCare portfolio and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Partner with Business Unit Brand Marketing, regional, sales, and functional teams to support annual marketing and commercial planning, align priorities, and identify opportunities to strengthen the positioning of ProCare.
- Coordinate and execute the ProCare business and marketing strategy across EMEA, supporting the Senior Commercial Manager ProCare in translating agreed priorities into practical central and regional actions – ensuring a clear and aligned message is delivered to internal and external stakeholders across EMEA.
- Lead and own central tactics, actions, and campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes, including customer engagement programmes and targeted commercial initiatives.
- Develop customer value propositions, messaging, evidence-based content, and sales tools that help customer-facing teams clearly communicate the clinical, operational, and economic value of ProCare services – fostering the earlier inclusion of ProCare within capital equipment opportunities.
- Develop and support the delivery of ProCare education for sales teams.
- Manage core ProCare product management and marketing operations activities, including pricing, quoting, procedures, product/service information, and ongoing data maintenance – also acting as a key point of contact for related queries.
- Work closely with internal teams on opportunity management, quotations, and associated workflows, supporting effective pipeline visibility and commercial execution.
- Lead new product and service launches, service obsolescence planning, etc., ensuring effective planning, communication, and adoption.
- Gather and analyse customer, market, and commercial insights to identify opportunities, track the impact of marketing activities, and recommend improvements to plans, tools, and campaigns.
- Support the maintenance of relevant dashboards, measures, and reporting that provide visibility of marketing and commercial performance and enable informed decision-making.
- Support the planning and management of the ProCare marketing budget, ensuring expenditure is aligned with agreed strategic priorities and governance requirements.
- Provide in-field marketing, event, and sales support to gather insights, improve the customer value proposition, and strengthen competitive understanding.
- Champion effective cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in the delivery of ProCare initiatives and projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
