We're looking for a commercially minded brand builder who is excited by the prospect of helping shape an early-stage company and growing alongside it. Reporting directly to Founder & CEO Sofia, you will manage the planning and execution of Inora's brand and marketing strategy across the campaign calendar, including organic social, paid marketing, website, creators, CRM, partnerships, retail marketing, events, press, and product launches to support our KPIs and growth targets.

What we're looking for
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, brand, ecommerce or growth, ideally within a consumer brand or fast-growing startup
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of how brand and marketing activity translates into growth
- Experience across CRM, partnerships, creators/influencers and digital marketing
- Comfortable using data and performance metrics to inform decisions and improve campaigns
- Excellent written communication and a strong eye for brand, content and detail
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams and external partners
- Entrepreneurial and hands on, with the confidence to take ownership and move quickly
