Today, as we continue our exciting expansion across the UK, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of prestige beauty in one of the world’s most dynamic retail markets. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing ideas to life through impactful campaigns, this is your moment.
The Opportunity
As our Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in accelerating the growth of SEPHORA UK’s surge and priority brands, including our exclusive Only at SEPHORA portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll translate shared ambitions into compelling omnichannel marketing plans that build brand visibility, engage our customers and deliver commercial growth.
You’ll become a trusted strategic partner to your brands, leading launches and ongoing marketing programmes from planning through to performance review. Working across Marketing, Commercial, Digital, Media and Global teams, as well as external brand and agency partners, you’ll bring teams together to deliver seamless campaigns and unlock new opportunities for success at SEPHORA UK.
What you’ll be doing…
- Build trusted partnerships with assigned surge and priority brands, aligning marketing activity with shared commercial objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of 360-degree omnichannel launches, tailored to each brand’s identity and ambitions.
- Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional taskforces and keeping activity on track.
- Partner with wider Marketing teams to identify opportunities that strengthen launches and support sustained brand growth.
- Manage campaign assets, timelines and approvals, ensuring every activation meets SEPHORA and partner brand guidelines.
- Present launch strategies, marketing plans and progress updates to senior leadership and the wider business.
- Track campaign performance, sales, traffic, sell-through and promotional return on investment to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Create clear post-campaign reports and strategic recommendations for brand partners, internal leadership and Global teams.
- Collaborate with Digital and Media teams to optimise paid search, paid social, affiliate activity and brand visibility.
- Support annual and global marketing priorities, including the planning and coordination of First at SEPHORA launches.
- Own brand incubation, co-op and local marketing budgets, allocating investment to maximise impact and commercial return.
- Manage external agency relationships across media, events and production, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on brand and within budget.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
