Brand & Marketing Manager

Buckinghamshire, 5 days office

£50,000+

We're working with a fast-growing D2C consumer brand that's built an impressive presence across eCommerce, retail and marketplaces. They're now looking for a Brand & Marketing Manager to take ownership of how the brand looks, sounds and shows up across every customer touchpoint.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own brand identity, lead integrated marketing campaigns and manage a small content team, while working closely with founders and external agency partners.

A bit about the role

  • Owning and evolving the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and markets.
  • Leading multi-channel marketing campaigns across organic social, CRM/email, website content and marketplaces.
  • Writing and approving brand copy across campaigns, product pages, email, social and other customer-facing content.
  • Managing and developing a Content Manager and Social Media Executive.
  • Acting as the final sign-off on creative and copy produced by external agencies.
  • Using campaign insights and performance data to continually improve content and creative.
  • Supporting international expansion by adapting campaigns and brand messaging for new markets.

A bit about you

  • 3-5+ years' experience in a brand or marketing role within a D2C, eCommerce or consumer brand.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a portfolio of work.
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across organic social, email and content.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Confident managing agencies and providing constructive feedback on creative output.
  • Someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up is strongly preferred over a large corporate background.
