Your Mission:

As Brand Marketing Manager, you will support the Head of Brand in delivering Wowcher's brand strategy through integrated campaigns, event activations, agency partnerships, social media leadership, and commercial marketing initiatives.

You will own the day-to-day planning and execution of activity across the business, ensuring campaigns are aligned, stakeholders are informed, and projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with Wowcher's brand guidelines.

This role acts as the operational engine of the Brand team and is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their marketing career.

Your Quests Include:

Campaign Planning & Delivery

  • Support the planning and execution of Wowcher's annual marketing calendar.
  • Lead campaign delivery across key brand and trading moments.
  • Build and manage campaign plans, timelines, and critical paths.
  • Coordinate activity across CRM, Social, PR, Commercial, Creative, and Paid Media teams.
  • Manage campaign budgets and reporting.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.

Brand Calendar Ownership

  • Own and maintain Wowcher's annual Brand Calendar.
  • Ensure all key campaigns, launches, partnerships, events, and marketing activity are visible across the business.
  • Work closely with Sales, Commercial, and Marketing teams to align priorities and identify opportunities.
  • Act as the central coordinator for campaign planning across departments.
  • Ensure stakeholders have access to and awareness of upcoming activity.

Creative Briefing & Brand Governance

  • Develop clear campaign and creative briefs for internal design teams and agencies.
  • Coordinate creative asset development from briefing through to delivery.
  • Review and approve creative assets against brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all channels.
  • Support the ongoing development and maintenance of Wowcher's brand guidelines.

Agency Management

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with PR, media, and creative agencies.
  • Develop briefs and coordinate campaign delivery.
  • Monitor agency performance against objectives.
  • Manage budgets and project timelines.
  • Ensure agency partners deliver innovative and commercially effective work.

Events

  • Plan and deliver brand and influencer events that support campaign objectives.
  • Manage suppliers, budgets, and logistics.
  • Work with Commercial teams to leverage merchant venues and experiences.
  • Coordinate event schedules, attendee management, and execution.
  • Ensure events generate content, PR opportunities, and campaign amplification.

B2B & Commercial Marketing Support

  • Support Commercial and Sales teams with marketing materials and presentations.
  • Develop merchant case studies and success stories.
  • Create campaign and co-marketing toolkits.
  • Support merchant engagement initiatives and partnership opportunities.
  • Act as a key marketing contact for commercial stakeholders.

Social Media Leadership

  • Manage and coach the Marketing & Social Media Executive.
  • Ensure organic social activity aligns with campaign priorities.
  • Review content calendars and performance.
  • Help drive channel growth and engagement.
  • Ensure consistent execution of Wowcher's brand personality across social channels.

Skills:

Essential

  • 3-5 years' experience in a marketing, brand, or campaign management role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience coordinating integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with external agencies.
  • Understanding of social media and content marketing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach.

Desirable

  • Experience within retail, e-commerce, travel, hospitality, or marketplace brands.
  • Experience delivering events.
  • Experience writing creative briefs.
  • Experience managing a junior team member.
  • B2B marketing experience.
