Brand Marketing Manager

Profiles Creative is looking for a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager based in the London area to shape and elevate the narrative across two distinct brands. In this pivotal role, you will champion brand identity, harmonising creative expression with commercial purpose across both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) landscapes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will turn creative visions into cohesive seasonal stories that resonate across global touchpoints and local markets alike.

London / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Brand Strategy: Steer comprehensive brand positioning and multi-channel campaign development across two brands, ensuring distinctive storytelling and seamless consistency.
  • Manage the Marketing Calendar: Own the seasonal marketing roadmap, successfully aligning global product launches with targeted local activations.
  • Craft Creative Briefs: Formulate inspiring briefs that provide clear strategic direction for photography, design, digital media, and PR initiatives.
  • Deliver Multi-Channel Assets: Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to develop high-impact B2B collateral, including trade show assets, catalogues, line sheets, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Maintain Brand Integrity: Collaborate with the Design Lead and creative teams to review creative output, safeguard brand handwriting, and ensure emotional resonance across all channels.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven background in brand marketing or campaign management, encompassing both D2C and B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing seasonal marketing calendars and end-to-end multi-channel campaigns.
  • Exceptional brief-writing skills with the ability to translate commercial objectives into clear creative direction.
  • Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility, with experience providing constructive feedback to creative teams across design, photography, and copy.
  • Highly organised and cross-functional mindset, adept at collaborating with Sales, Product, PR, and E-Commerce partners.
