We are looking for an end-to-end FMCG marketer with a strong execution bias—someone who has personally taken brands from idea to in-market impact. This is a hands-on role for a marketer with strong commercial judgement, who gains energy from execution rather than abstraction.

The role combines direct ownership of delivery with the responsibility to coach and manage a small marketing team, ensuring speed, focus, and consistently high standards. Success comes from making clear choices, working closely with commercial teams, and delivering measurable business results in a fast-moving environment.

You are a hands-on, execution-driven marketer who thrives in lean, high-accountability environments. You combine commercial sharpness with creativity and are comfortable operating close to the work rather than above it.

Your Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Ownership

  • Own a portfolio of brands end to end, covering: Brand positioning and strategy, Creative development, Media planning and activation, In-market execution and performance tracking
  • Personally drive campaigns from brief through to shelf, search, and screen
  • Deliver creative and media programs that drive topline growth and measurable business impact

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
