Why we need this role
We're looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join us on a 13-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
As a key member of our Brand and Content team, you'll help shape how our brand is experienced, understood, and remembered by customers, partners, and colleagues globally. This is an exciting opportunity to step into an established role at a time of continued growth and transformation, helping us tell a consistent, compelling story while making sure our brand remains distinctive, relevant, and impactful across every touchpoint.
Collaboration sits at the heart of this role. You'll work closely with colleagues across marketing, strategy, sales, product, and communications, building strong relationships and bringing people together around a shared vision for the brand. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping teams create work that not only delivers business results but also strengthens the long-term value of the brand.
As the way we create and deliver marketing continues to evolve, you'll also play an important role in embracing new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve efficiency, scale brand activity, and enhance creativity. From helping teams create on-brand content more effectively to exploring new ways to maintain consistency of tone, messaging, and customer experience, you'll use modern tools and approaches to help our brand work smarter while staying true to who we are.
Ultimately, this role is about bringing our brand to life in ways that inspire confidence, create connection, and drive meaningful impact, both inside and outside the business.
What you will do
- Contribute to our evolving global brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all channels
- Act as the guardian of the brand, providing guidance and approvals to make sure brand standards are maintained
- Manage and evolve brand guidelines, resources, and tools that help teams apply the brand consistently
- Support internal engagement with the brand through training, communications, and brand resources
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Work with specialist teams and agency partners to create high-quality, impactful marketing activity
- Support the ongoing development of our brand positioning and messaging framework, aligning to our market offerings
- Work closely with the PR and Social team to ensure a consistent and engaging external presence
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, helping align brand activity with wider goals and priorities
- Take ownership of our brand research process from end to end. Use customer insights, research, and campaign performance data to inform decisions and improve future activity
- Present recommendations, insights, and campaign results to senior stakeholders and wider teams so they can action it
- Identify opportunities to strengthen our brand and improve the effectiveness of our marketing activity
- Manage marketing budgets responsibly and make sure projects are delivered on time and within budget

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
