Stepping into a key 6-month maternity cover, you’ll take full ownership of Impression’s brand story, PR, and event calendar. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll champion our identity across prospective clients, existing partners, and future talent – elevating our global standing as a high-growth digital marketing agency.

The Role:

Proposition Activation:

  • Ensure our brand proposition is woven into all physical and digital touch points, translating our strategic approach into tangible brand experiences.

Multi-Lens Brand Management:

  • Develop and protect Impression's reputation across three core audiences:
    • Prospective Clients: Positioning the agency as a high-growth strategic partner to drive new business opportunities.
    • Existing Clients: Creating touchpoints and content that add value and foster long-term loyalty.
    • Talent: Showcasing Impression’s culture and expertise to attract and retain the best people in the industry.

Events Strategy and Delivery:

  • Manage and deliver Impression’s annual event calendar. Ensure every event creates a halo effect for the brand, generating content opportunities and high-quality assets for social media.

PR Project Management:

  • Lead the agency’s PR output by collaborating with in-house subject matter experts and PR specialists. Identify hero stories, manage the PR roadmap, and ensure all outreach is aligned with our commercial goals and brand positioning.

Personal Brand Management:

  • Act as a consultant for Impression’s leadership and product leads. Collaborate with them (and our PR team) to build their personal brands, identifying key speaking opportunities, podcasts, and industry panels to build their collective authority.

Organic Social:

  • Own the strategy and day-to-day management of Impression’s organic social channels. Focus on storytelling, relevant content, and community engagement to build a loyal and active following.

Thought Leadership Coordination:

  • Secure guest-speaking opportunities, keynote slots, and panel positions. Manage the application process and support our speakers in developing pitches that highlight their unique insights.

Content Production Oversight:

  • Collaborate with videographers, designers, and internal experts to ensure that events and PR activities are documented through high-quality video and photography.

Budget & Performance:

  • Manage the event budget, auditing the performance of every activation to ensure we are delivering maximum brand value and impact.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record: Experienced in running end-to-end B2B events, PR campaigns, and organic social.
  • Master storyteller: Exceptional copywriter able to ghostwrite for senior stakeholders and craft compelling press hooks.
  • Immediate impact: A proactive self-starter who can land, align with stakeholders, and maintain campaign momentum quickly.
  • Brand guardian: Detail-driven with an uncompromising eye for brand aesthetics and messaging across all touch points.
