Job Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded and consumer-focused Brand Marketing Manager who will be responsible for translating consumer insights and market opportunities into compelling brand propositions, integrated marketing campaigns, and go-to-market plans. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Digital and external agency partners, you will help strengthen brand equity, accelerate consumer growth and deliver measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand marketing plans, including integrated online and offline promotional strategies;
- Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns, from concept development and strategic planning through to launch, execution and post-campaign evaluation;
- Lead brand and creative planning and execution, ensuring consistent brand positioning, messaging and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints;
- Drive content marketing, social media promotion, and influencer relationships;
- Drive integrated marketing, including new product planning, launch strategies, and go-to-market campaigns;
- Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns in different markets;
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and effectively translated into market impact.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field;
- 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer brand marketing in the UK, preferably within FMCG, consumer electronics, lifestyle, or other consumer-facing industries. Experience with a regulated category is a plus;
- Proven experience in planning and executing integrated, multi-channel brand marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels;
- Strong track record in brand strategy with demonstrable experience building, strengthening or growing consumer brands;
- Strong understanding of the UK consumer and media landscape, with an established network of relevant media, creative, influencer and other marketing partners;
- Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration capabilities;
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
