Natural Spa Factory is a skincare and spa product manufacturer specializing in low-volume, high-mix production for the luxury market. The company supplies innovative, natural skin and body care products to prestigious spas, boutique hotels, and independent retailers worldwide. Natural Spa Factory also develops bespoke products for niche brands, including hotels, spas, ecommerce businesses, and influencers entering the premium skincare space. Team members collaborate closely with clients to bring distinctive, high-quality formulations and brand concepts to life. Role Description
The Brand Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen Natural Spa Factory’s position in the luxury skincare and spa market. This is a contract, on-site role based in Bath, focused on managing day-to-day marketing activities such as planning campaigns, coordinating content creation, and overseeing brand messaging across digital and offline channels.

Typical responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing marketing plans
- Overseeing social media and email marketing
- Briefing and collaborating with designers and copywriters
- Ensuring consistent visual and verbal brand identity
- Working closely with sales and product teams to support new product launches
- Developing marketing assets for key accounts
- Analyzing campaign performance to optimize future initiatives

The role will also involve maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients, ensuring that all brand touchpoints reflect the quality and values of Natural Spa Factory.
Qualifications
- Brand and marketing strategy skills, including experience developing positioning, messaging, and campaign plans for premium or luxury products.
- Digital marketing capabilities, such as managing social media, email marketing, websites, and performance tracking tools.
- Content creation and management skills, including briefing and reviewing copy, visuals, and campaigns to ensure brand consistency.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data, understand customer insights, and support revenue growth.
- Project management and organisational abilities, including coordinating multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a keen eye for visual and brand aesthetics.
- Experience working with skincare, beauty, wellness, or luxury hospitality brands is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bath, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
