The Role

As the Brand Media Specialist, HOKA EMEA, you will play a key role within the Brand Media team, supporting the planning, coordination and execution of integrated media campaigns across the EMEA region.

Sitting at the centre of day-to-day media operations, you will help bring HOKA’s brand and product stories to life across channels including Paid Social, Display & AV, Out of Home and Media Partnerships. From managing creative assets and agency workflows to supporting campaign reporting and optimisation, you will ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with HOKA’s premium brand standards.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Brand, Creative, Sports Marketing, PR, CRM, Performance Media and E-commerce, as well as external agency partners, to support impactful campaigns, product launches and market activations across key EMEA markets including the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

We’re looking for a highly organised media professional with a passion for brand storytelling, a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in both media and the sports, outdoor and lifestyle industries.

Your Impact

  • Own the end-to-end management and coordination of campaign creative assets across Paid Social, Display & AV, OOH and Media Partnerships.
  • Develop strong relationships with agency partners and support the delivery of clear media briefs, timelines and campaign requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, PR, Sports Marketing, CRM, Performance Media and E-commerce teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaign assets meet brand standards through robust quality assurance, approval and tracking processes.
  • Support campaign reporting by gathering, analysing and presenting performance data and key insights.
  • Lead day-to-day campaign coordination, helping ensure launches are delivered accurately, on time and with minimal errors.
  • Support the optimisation of campaigns by identifying opportunities, sharing learnings and helping implement improvements.
  • Manage budget tracking, invoice processing and campaign financial administration in partnership with external agencies.
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency and operational excellence across the Brand Media function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
