We’re reinventing payments.

In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The role

We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Midweight Brand & Motion Designer to join our in-house Creative Studio. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how our brand looks, moves, and performs across digital and print touchpoints.

As our go-to specialist for 2D motion design, you will elevate paid media campaigns, event branding, and website content with purposeful animation. Working collaboratively alongside designers, copywriters, and marketing partners, you will craft standout visual assets that maintain brand consistency and deliver impactful results.

What You Will Do...

  • Conceptualise and animate high-performing 2D motion assets and video content for paid social, display ads, and video platforms.
  • Design dynamic branding assets for brand and sales events, as well as lightweight web animations (Lottie/JSON).
  • Develop thoughtful visual solutions combining strong fundamentals in typography, layout, colour, and motion.
  • Maintain brand coherency across all outputs while building adaptable motion templates and design assets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand Design Lead, copywriters, and campaign owners from concept to delivery.
  • Present visual concepts and storyboards to stakeholders, refining work based on feedback and ensuring clean file handoffs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
