Role Description
The Brand Partner Marketing Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Melksham, responsible for driving joint marketing initiatives with key dairy brand partners.

This role will lead partner brand strategy, investment planning, and execution, working cross-functionally to deliver marketing campaigns, coordinating product launch plans, and creating promotional materials that support international brand growth.
The person in this position will manage day-to-day relationships with partners, oversee marketing calendars, and align activities with sales and export teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across markets. The role also involves analysing performance, reporting on key outcomes, and identifying opportunities to strengthen brand visibility in priority regions.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and partner marketing teams will be central to success in this position.

Skills
✅ 5 year+ experience in brand, category, or trade marketing roles, ideally within FMCG or food and beverage sectors.
🤝 Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with external brand partners
📊 Competence in market research, and ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
🚀 Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
📍 Comfort working on-site in Melksham and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
