Application Deadline: 30 October 2026 Department: Brand Location: London

Description

We’re looking for a culturally connected and commercially minded Brand Partnerships Manager to bring Disturbia into the rooms of the partnerships which matter.

Your purpose will be to develop and own a pipeline of distinctive, culturally appropriate partnerships. You’ll be responsible for identifying the right opportunities, making the approach, pitching our vision and building the relationships needed to turn ambitious ideas into reality.

This isn't a role where you wait for opportunities to find you. You should be an imaginative and tenacious door opener, comfortable approaching the right people, businesses and brands.

The right person will combine creative instinct with commercial judgement. You’ll understand what is culturally right for Disturbia, while knowing how to shape an idea, influence stakeholders, negotiate effectively and deliver partnerships with measurable impact.

This role is ideal for a culturally curious deal-maker who wants the freedom to build something distinctive, ambitious and unmistakably Disturbia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own Disturbia’s cultural partnerships strategy, translating the brand vision into a focused pipeline of original, high-impact opportunities.
  • Identify culturally relevant partners across literature, publishing, art, music, film, television, entertainment, fashion and alternative culture.
  • Proactively approach rights holders, agents, studios, publishers, artists, labels and brands, securing conversations and confidently pitching Disturbia’s creative and commercial proposition.
  • Lead partnership negotiations from first contact through to agreement, shaping mutually valuable concepts, terms, budgets, rights and deliverables.
  • Manage collaborations end to end, coordinating stakeholders, timelines and delivery while protecting the creative integrity and commercial interests of the brand.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships across the cultural and creative industries, representing Disturbia with credibility and creating a network that unlocks future opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Brand, Social, Creative and Product teams to activate partnerships through compelling content, talent engagement, PR moments, events and campaigns.
  • Set clear measures of success and report on cultural, audience and commercial impact, using insight to strengthen the future partnerships pipeline.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
