Wolf & Badger is on a mission to make retail fair. Supporting our community of independent designers from around the globe, we connect customers with ethically sourced fashion, design, home, and beauty through our online marketplace and flagship stores in London, New York City, and Los Angeles.
We are a scale-up business, now entering an exciting new phase of growth, and are looking to expand our team of c.100 people currently between the UK and US. We are a Certified B Corporation, with social and environmental purpose at the core of everything we do. We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised partnerships professional to support the continued growth of our brand ecosystem. This role focuses on engaging prospective brands, guiding them through the journey to becoming successful brand partners on the Wolf & Badger platform.
What You'll Do
The Brand Partnerships team works both with prospective brands and existing partners. You will identify, onboard and support our Brands to grow on the platform.
- Lead introductory conversations with prospective brands, presenting the Wolf & Badger value proposition with clarity and confidence
- Guide brands through sign-up and onboarding, to set them up for success on our platform
- Build and cultivate a large pipeline of prospective brands to generate consistent, predictable new brand sign-ups
- Attend events, conferences and expos to meet brands in person
- Support the existing portfolio of brands through a combination of proactive outreach and reactive attention including escalation and retention conversations
- Identify and pursue marketing and retail opportunities with brands that drive incremental revenue for Wolf & Badger
- Build working relationships across functions, representing the Brand Partnerships team in cross-functional conversations

Requirements
- Experience and a proven track record of success in B2B sales, partnerships, or a client-facing commercial role. Note, this does not include retail sales or styling
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and pitch with confidence
- Natural relationship builder, able to engage and build trust with brands
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Proactive, personable, and commercially aware
- Tech-savvy, with experience using AI tools and an interest in further developing your AI skillset
- Background or demonstrated interest in fashion, design, beauty or independent retail
- London-based (or commutable) and happy to work onsite 3+ days per week
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
