Brand Partnerships Lead – Fashion & Beauty
I’m working with a fast-growing social-first media business that is building the next generation of brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment and culture.
They’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Lead, Fashion & Beauty to take ownership of the category commercially, someone with strong relationships, real market credibility and the ability to turn conversations into revenue.
This is a hands-on commercial role where you’ll be expected to open doors, win new business and build meaningful partnerships across both brands and media agencies. You’ll also work closely with content teams to create social-first ideas and campaigns that brands genuinely want to buy.

What they’re looking for
- 4+ years’ experience across media, social, branded content or partnerships
- Strong relationships across fashion, beauty and lifestyle
- A proven track record of winning and growing commercial partnerships
- Strong understanding of social video, branded content and creator-led campaigns
- Confidence pitching to senior stakeholders across brands and agencies
- Someone ambitious, commercial and comfortable creating opportunities from scratch

This would suit someone who has already built a strong network in the category and now wants more ownership, more visibility and the opportunity to build something with serious scale behind it.
£40k–£60k base + bonus, depending on experience.
