We're not just building a podcast. We're building a media house.

Relearn already reaches 350K+ monthly listeners, earns 30M+ social clip views every month, and has a 500K+ combined following, and we're just getting started.

Started by Kash, Relearn is on a mission to raise consciousness of society, and directly reach 1B people with profound depth and insights - the global tipping point of societal change.

Here's where we're going: Relearn is the flagship. Next, we'll produce, launch, and own a network of shows in alignment with our mission, with monetisation built in from day one. We're looking for the person who builds the commercial engine that makes that possible.

The role

You'll be our first dedicated partnerships hire, and you'll own revenue. You'll build the brand partnerships function from the ground up for Relearn first, then for every show we bring into the network after it.

What you'll do

  • Own the full deal cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and renewing brand partnerships.
  • Sell the whole ecosystem, not just audio. You'll package podcast integrations, video, short-form clips, events, and social into partnerships that use our full reach.
  • Land long-term partners. You'll prioritise multi-episode, quarterly, and annual deals over one-off reads.
  • Build the infrastructure: the media kit, rate card, pitch decks, CRM, pipeline, and reporting that proves ROI to brands.
  • Run partnerships after they close. You'll brief the team, make sure integrations are delivered well, report on campaigns, and turn happy partners into bigger ones.
  • Monetise new shows from launch. As we launch or acquire podcasts, you'll design their commercial strategy and bring brands in early.
  • Work closely with our hosts and content team so integrations feel native, not bolted on.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who you are

  • You have 3–5+ years selling partnerships in podcasting, creator media, or digital media, and a track record of closing deals you're proud of.
  • You've monetised new or fast-growing shows. You know how to sell momentum, audience quality, and trajectory, not just download numbers.
  • You bring existing relationships with brands and agencies in our target markets, e.g. UK, US, MENA.
  • You understand podcast and social metrics and can turn them into a story a brand can't ignore.
  • You're a builder. No playbook doesn't scare you; it excites you.
  • You're commercially sharp and creative, and you care about protecting audience trust as much as closing the deal.
