Description
Togather are the team at the heart of great events.
We’re a founder-led company of 40+ event specialists working across some of the largest and most exciting events in the UK.
Our Marketplace supports both B2B and B2C customers to handpick standout suppliers across street food, drink and venues for private events, from large-scale summer and Christmas parties to regular office lunches for clients including Spotify, Netflix & BBC.
Live partners with organisers of large-scale public events, using our 360 tech and industry expertise to curate and deliver exceptional food and drink experiences that also drive commercial results for our clients. From major festivals, stadium fanzones and cultural celebrations, we work hand in hand with client teams to deliver exceptional guest experience for the likes of GALA festival, Rock Oyster, Hill Dickinson Stadium and Pride in London.
Internally, we’re proud to have been recognised by Tempo and the Startups 100 Awards as one of the UK’s best places to work. We care deeply about building an ambitious, supportive and high-performing team.
We started life 10 years ago as Feast It, a two-person marketplace launched from a kitchen table - and today, over 10 million guests a year attend a Togather-powered event. Across every project, our mission remains the same:
To make events better for everyone.
The Role
Togather connects brands to the 30 million fans who come through our events every year, through food-and-drink-integrated experiences that feel native to the event, not sponsored. Think branded trader units, branded F&B destinations, listing deals, pop-ups, supper clubs, workplace engagement, and food creator and influencer partnerships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We're hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to own this pipeline end to end: identifying and pitching brand opportunities, structuring and closing deals, and handing confirmed briefs over for delivery. This is a commercial role for someone who speaks ROI, builds relationships with brand marketing teams, and can position Togather as an end-to-end activation partner, not a media placement or a logo on a banner.
Reporting into our Commercial Director, you'll sit within our Partnerships team, who are working to build our client base across the Live sector of events.
What you'll own
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of brand partnership opportunities across trader units, F&B destinations, pop-ups, supper clubs, workplace engagement, and food creator/influencer partnerships
- Proactively identify and approach target brands, particularly in drinks, hospitality, lifestyle and consumer categories, building direct relationships with brand marketing teams and agencies
- Translate a brand's objectives into a genuinely creative activation concept, not a sponsorship slot
- Build the commercial model for each partnership and negotiate terms that protect margin and the fan experience
- Hand off confirmed briefs cleanly to the delivery team, staying engaged through activation
- Report pipeline, revenue and margin progress on a regular cadence
What we're looking for
- Background in brand partnerships, sponsorship, or experiential/activation marketing, agency-side or brand-side
- A track record structuring and closing partnership or sponsorship deals, ideally with an events, festival, hospitality or experiential angle
- Existing relationships with brand marketing teams and/or agencies in relevant categories
- Comfortable with commercial negotiation, contracts and commission/fee structures
- A confident, consultative seller who can build senior relationships and speak ROI, not just inventory
- Genuinely creative, able to turn a brief into an activation concept that feels native to the event
- No formal qualification is required. A proven network and track record in brand partnerships or sponsorship sales matters more than credentials. A full UK driving licence is preferable, given travel to sites across the UK.
