Brand Partnerships Manager | London | 3 days in office | £60K-£70K | Media Industry

Ready to sell creative partnerships that brands actually want to be part of?

We're partnering with an exciting, fast-growing media and content business with a highly engaged global audience. Operating across podcasts, digital content, social media and talent-led campaigns, they create culture-shaping content and work with brands looking for more than just traditional advertising.

As the new Brand Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth, building relationships with senior marketing decision-makers, and creating innovative commercial partnerships across multiple channels. This is a true hunter role for someone who loves opening doors, developing opportunities, and closing creative deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing your own pipeline of prospective brand partners
  • Identifying and securing new commercial opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and deal closure
  • Developing bespoke partnership ideas spanning podcast, content, social, talent and sponsorship opportunities
  • Building relationships with senior marketing stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Collaborating with internal creative and content teams to deliver standout campaigns

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in media sales, sponsorship, partnerships, business development or commercial roles
  • Track record of generating new business and exceeding revenue targets
  • Confident prospecting new clients through outreach, networking and relationship building
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing opportunities from initial conversation through to signed deal
  • Commercially minded with the ability to think creatively about client solutions
  • Experience selling podcasts, digital media, branded content, sponsorships or entertainment partnerships
