Brand Partnerships Manager

Part-time / Freelance | Initial 3-month contract | £1,200 per month

About KIT

KIT Studios is a creative and culturally connected workspace with a growing network of talent, brands, and collaborators.

We’re looking to expand our partnerships network and create meaningful opportunities that move the needle, commercially, culturally, and in terms of profile and awareness.

We are particularly interested in building relationships across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, connecting the right brands with KIT, our talent, and our wider community.

The Role

We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager with a strong network, excellent instincts, and a genuine finger on the pulse of culture.

This is a focused part-time role, ideally working 2–3 days spread across each month, with responsibility for proactively identifying, approaching, and developing relationships with brands that feel relevant to KIT and our talent.

You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on outreach, opening conversations, spotting opportunities, and turning strong introductions into tangible partnerships. These collaborations could take a number of forms, including:

  • Talent and brand partnerships
  • Sponsored content or campaigns
  • Brand activations and events
  • Social-first collaborations
  • Masterclasses, talks, and workshops
  • Community partnerships
  • Brand presence within KIT
  • Longer-term commercial partnerships

The goal is simple: build a stronger network around KIT and create partnerships that generate revenue, profile, awareness, or ideally a combination of all three.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and proactively approach approximately 10–15 carefully selected brands each month, prioritising quality and relevance over mass outreach.
  • Build and maintain a targeted pipeline across sectors including fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, while also identifying emerging brands and culturally relevant opportunities outside those categories.
  • Create warm, compelling approaches that clearly communicate the value of collaborating with KIT and our talent.
  • Take ownership of early-stage conversations, follow-ups, and relationship building, progressing opportunities from initial contact towards meetings, proposals, and partnerships.
  • Work closely with the KIT team to understand our talent, upcoming activity, and commercial priorities, helping match the right opportunities to the right people and projects.
  • Keep an eye on what’s happening culturally both online and in person, identifying relevant moments, communities, brands, events, and conversations that KIT should be part of.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Success Looks Like

The initial contract will run for three months, giving us an opportunity to build the pipeline and establish the foundations for longer-term partnerships. During that period, we’d expect to see:

  • Approximately 10–15 high-quality targeted brand outreaches per month
  • A growing pipeline of relevant partnership conversations
  • Introductions and meetings with decision-makers at target brands
  • Clear opportunities developing across talent, events, content, and wider KIT partnerships
  • Tangible partnership wins or commercially meaningful opportunities emerging no later than month three

We understand that strong partnerships take time, so success will be measured through both confirmed opportunities and the quality and momentum of the pipeline created.

Contract & Fee

  • Initial contract: 3 months
  • Commitment: Approximately 2–3 days per month, flexibly spread across the month
  • Fee: £1,200 per month
  • Location: Flexible / London-based activity where relevant

There is potential for the relationship to continue and develop beyond the initial three months based on results and the opportunities created.

Interested?

We’d love to hear from people who understand the intersection of brands, talent, culture, and community and who are excited about helping KIT build genuinely valuable long-term partnerships.

Please send a short introduction outlining your relevant experience, the types of brands or sectors you’ve worked with, and a few examples of partnerships or commercial relationships you’ve helped create.
