Location: Hybrid (Office in Manchester Piccadilly). Occasional international travel required
Salary Range: £40k - £45k + commission
Employment Type: Full-time

About realbuzz

Welcome to realbuzz, the home of charity running. For over 20 years, we've been connecting charities with runners and the events they want to be part of, from 10Ks to major international marathons. As a leading provider of charity running programmes, we're proud to have facilitated more than £1bn in fundraising for our charity partners so far. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded Brand Partnerships Manager to help develop our brand partnership programme and connect brands with the running community through sponsorships, event activations and collaborative marketing campaigns.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow a developing revenue stream within realbuzz. You'll build relationships with brands across the running, fitness, apparel, sports and wider consumer sectors, developing commercial opportunities across sponsorship, experiential activations, race entries and collaborative marketing campaigns. You'll own a full sales pipeline from prospecting through to conversion, while working closely with our marketing and operations teams to create partnerships that deliver value for both brands and the realbuzz community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
