A unique national digital platform renowned for its quality, innovative approach and strong community, Muddy Stilettos is now looking to grow its national Partnerships team to

If you are a proactive, creative, entrepreneurial self-starter who can develop relationships and identify opportunities amongst premium brands and agencies we want to hear from you.

Predominantly this is a remote role but with monthly team meetings in Oxfordshire, and we’re particularly interested in candidates with easy access to London or Manchester.

The role

Reporting into the Partnerships Director, this role requires you to sell cross-platform partnerships including Social, Branded Content, Video, Podcast, Competitions and Events to premium brands, media and PR agencies. You will be responsible for driving revenue and building strong relationships at all levels, from direct marketers to agency planning teams. There is a strong focus on New Business, so real passion, creativity and organisation is important to help us to continue our growth.

What you’ll do

  • Drive revenue and selling market-leading solutions across all platforms
  • Identify and secure new brand partnerships, proactively selling into media agencies and clients
  • Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions that tie to client business objectives
  • Update clients and agencies about Muddy Stilettos products and developments – clearly articulating and selling the features and benefits of working with Muddy Stilettos
  • Demonstrate strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision-makers
  • Respond to cross-platform content and display briefs incorporating all products across all platforms to a high standard
  • Confidently deliver and hit against expected KPI’s to maintain high levels of sales activity. Delivering monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs for the company
  • Create, maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline

What we’re looking for

  • A proven track record of success within a media sales environment selling across multiple platforms (min 3 years’ experience)
  • Excellent understanding of agency landscape, buying process and a broad contact base
  • Tenacity in sourcing new potential clients, influencing buying decisions and strong experience in negotiation working with agencies and brand marketers at all levels
  • A great team-player attitude with the ability to motivate colleagues and work with different personalities
  • The ability to pull together and create advanced communications to clients in decks and with schematics when responding to a brief
  • Confidence in leading meetings, presenting the Muddy Stilettos brand to senior agency personnel and clients
  • Ability to interrogate briefs effectively and constructively criticise where necessary to elicit more pertinent information
  • Experience using sales/ CRM software and pipeline management tools
  • The ability to utilise audience data and market research results to support media sales strategies
