SoPost: Brand Partnerships Manager
SoPost is a leading digital product sampling platform that enables brands to reach and engage consumers through targeted, data-driven product experiences. Our technology allows brands to deliver physical products directly to consumers through digital channels, turning sampling into a measurable marketing channel. We prove the impact of digital sampling as a growth lever for awareness, acquisition, conversion and long-term advocacy.
Today we work with more than 200 global leading brands, including many of the largest beauty and FMCG companies in the world.
Our growth has been recognised across the industry:
- Top 50 in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100
- Winner of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade
- Named in the Sunday Times Top 100 Places to Work
While our technology is central to what we do, our success is driven by the strength of our commercial team and the quality of the relationships we build with global brands.
We are now looking to expand our Retention & Growth team in the UK. The Brand Partnerships Manager role is a quota-carrying commercial position. Reporting to the Brand Partnerships Team Lead, the role is focused on growing revenue from existing enterprise brand partners across Northern Europe & UK.
You will work with a portfolio of large beauty and FMCG brands, identifying opportunities to expand sampling programmes, introduce new products and increase annual investment in the SoPost platform.
This role requires a commercially driven salesperson who can build senior relationships, identify growth opportunities, and lead complex commercial conversations that result in expanded partnerships. The successful candidate will be a go-getter with experience managing multi-brand portfolios and mid-size to enterprise accounts.
While the role includes account ownership, it remains a revenue-driving sales role, not a traditional customer success or account manager role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
