About TOTEM

TOTEM Worldwide is an independent creative communications agency and talent partner. Based in London, we bridge the gap between brands, talent and culture through sharp strategy and high-stakes execution. By blending commercial grit with creative instinct, we ensure our work doesn't just resonate locally—it dominates globally.

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially sharp, network-driven Brand Partnerships Manager / Talent Agent.

In this role, you will focus on identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships between leading brands and high-profile talent. Your focus spans the full partnership lifecycle: prospecting potential brand partners, structuring proposals, negotiating deal terms, coordinating campaign execution, and evaluating performance metrics to ensure alignment with commercial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outbound Growth: Proactively identify, target, and pitch brand leads, marketing directors, and agency buyers across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and consumer brands to maintain a high-converting partnership pipeline.
  • Proposal & Package Structuring: Prepare pitch decks, tailored campaign proposals, and tiered talent rate cards aligned with brand objectives and agency revenue targets.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead deal negotiations on talent fees, campaign scopes, usage rights (digital, OOH, whitelisting), and category exclusivity, aligning closely with Legal and leadership.
  • Account & Talent Management: Serve as the primary commercial liaison between brands, PR agencies, and talent, overseeing communications, briefing alignment, and asset feedback loops.
  • Execution & Rights Compliance: Oversee multi-channel campaign activations, ensuring deliverable timelines, compliance standards, and talent exclusivity windows are strictly maintained.
  • Financial & PO Management: Coordinate with client teams and internal finance to track purchase orders (POs), invoicing milestones, and payment processing for all closed deals.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign KPIs, evaluate post-campaign ROI across digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and synthesise data into client-ready documentation and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
