WHO WE ARE
The media platform for ambitious women in Finance & beyond.
Female X Finance reaches millions of ambitious women in finance across Europe, the US and beyond each month. Through our newsletter, Instagram and live events in London, Amsterdam, Paris, Milan, Munich, New York and LA, we have built one of the most engaged, career-driven female audiences in financial media.
Our community members are dealmakers, investors and future leaders. They are selective about the brands they trust. And when they do trust, they show up.
For brand partners, FxF is where culture and commerce meet. We create the content, the conversations and the rooms that move this audience, and we bring the right brands along with us.
THE ROLE
You open doors. You build the pitch. You close the deal.
We're hiring a freelance, commission-only Brand Partnerships Manager to lead new business development in the UK. You'll own the full sales cycle end to end: identifying the right partners, building compelling pitches, and closing deals across B2B and B2C. This is a pure hunting role, you get paid for what you close.
You'll target premium and international brands across sectors like finance, luxury, retail and tech, translating our audience into commercial opportunity through media packages across newsletter, social, content and our event programme.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
