Brand & Partnerships Specialist
Location: Chiswick Park
Salary: £50000/55000 plus bonus and exceptional benefits
About the Opportunity
Pybus Recruitment is excited to be recruiting on behalf of an innovative and rapidly growing automotive brand for a Brand & Partnerships Specialist.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketing professional to join a fast-paced organisation and play a key role in delivering brand campaigns, product launches, sponsorship activations, and strategic partnerships. Working closely with senior marketing leadership, you will help strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and support continued growth within the UK market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring consistency of messaging, brand identity, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Management
- Act as the day-to-day contact for external agencies, managing content and asset delivery across national marketing campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches across ATL, digital, social media, CRM, retail, and experiential channels.
- Ensure all communications align with established brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Support the ongoing development and execution of brand strategy and positioning.
- Assist with campaign briefing, project management, budgeting, and delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights, analysis, and recommendations for future activity.
- Develop presentations, reports, and business cases for senior stakeholders.

Partnerships & Sponsorships
- Support the activation and management of strategic partnerships, sponsorships, ambassador programmes, and brand collaborations.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to maximise partnership value and reach.
- Coordinate partnership assets, content creation, and activation plans to ensure delivery against agreed objectives and KPIs.
- Support event planning, experiential marketing initiatives, and retailer activations.
- Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with agencies, suppliers, and rights holders.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience in marketing, brand management, partnerships, or related roles.
- Experience within automotive, consumer, lifestyle, or fast-moving brands.
- Proven experience managing agencies, suppliers, and external partners.
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including strong presentation-building capabilities.
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Desirable
- Understanding of the wider marketing mix, including digital marketing, ATL media, PR, CRM, performance marketing, and retail marketing.
- Experience working with sponsorship activations, partnerships, or sports marketing.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
- Experience working within a start-up, challenger brand, or high-growth business environment.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
