Senior Brand Product Development & Quality Manager (FTC)
Bring world-class creative ideas into the real world, and lead the team that makes it happen.
£75,000 | 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover) | ASAP start
West London | Hybrid, 3 days in the office
A globally recognised premium consumer brand is looking for a senior product development lead to cover a 12-month maternity leave in its Brand & Activation team, reporting to the Global Director.
You'll partner with designers from the earliest stages of a project and own the full cycle of sourcing, development, and production for packaging, POS, retail displays, branded merchandise, and campaign activations across global markets. You'll lead the team that delivers this work, and you'll be the person accountable for making sure everything that ships is safe, compliant, and made to the standard the brand is known for.
The role has three equal parts: new product development, leading people, and owning quality and compliance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why this role
Few roles sit this close to the creative process while owning so much of how a brand comes to life. You'll help shape ideas rather than simply execute them, lead a talented team, and influence how a globally recognised brand is experienced around the world.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
