Role Purpose

Bring the companies UK brands to life in the physical and digital spaces where customers and franchisees experience them - owning the production of brand assets, showroom environments, franchisee toolkits and promotional materials across Kutchenhaus and KUBE. This role sits at the intersection of brand, design and operations. It requires someone who can think creatively and execute practically - building the systems, templates and assets that enable a small team to punch well above its weight. From a KUBE showroom fit-out to a Kutchenhaus franchisee Canva template, from a seasonal lookbook to a branded merchandise ordering platform, this role makes the brand tangible.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Brand Experience

  • Own the brand experience across all centrally managed showrooms — KUBE (current and pipeline) and Kutchenhaus central (KH York)
  • Manage the physical brand environment in centrally managed showrooms — signage, in-store materials, displays and all branded touchpoints
  • Lead the marketing requirements for new KUBE showroom openings — from pre-launch through to ongoing brand standards
  • Contribute to the showroom opening playbook, ensuring every launch is consistent and on-brand
  • Work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing on showroom brand direction and retail experience development

Franchisee Toolkit & Asset Creation

  • Create the brand toolkit templates — Canva assets, digital POS, business cards, point-of-sale graphics and all franchisee-facing collateral
  • Build assets that franchisees can self-serve and adapt within brand guidelines, without needing central support for every request
  • Maintain version control across the full asset library — retiring outdated materials as new ones are issued
  • Work with the Franchisee Support Lead, who facilitates adoption and distribution across the network

Branded Merchandise & Ordering Systems

  • Build and manage the system through which franchisees order branded merchandise — removing agency intermediaries and enabling self-serve
  • Source and manage direct relationships with print, merchandise and production suppliers — no agency routing
  • Raise purchase orders for all showroom, print and merchandise spend.
