The Role
We are currently looking for a Programme Planning & Delivery Lead to lead the next stage of our ongoing work to build and strengthen the ITV Studios brand.
As part of the Marketing group, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, workstream leads, and external partners, you will develop the integrated programme plan and budget, establish clear governance, and manage key risks, dependencies, and decisions.
Main Responsibilities
- Programme Mobilisation & Planning: Translate the Brand Programme strategy into a clear and comprehensive delivery plan, defining a detailed scope, workstreams, milestones, budget, resourcing, and requirements.
- Governance & Controls: Establish proportionate programme governance and reporting, managing key risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
- Business Case & Budget: Develop the programme business case and bottom-up budget, working with Finance and senior stakeholders to support investment decisions.
- Integrated Delivery: Build and manage the integrated programme plan, ensuring alignment and accountability across multiple workstreams.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain momentum and resolve issues.
- Supplier & Partner Management: Coordinate agencies and external partners, supporting procurement and managing key deliverables and commercial dependencies.

Skills You’ll Need (minimum criteria)
- Brand & Marketing Experience: Proven experience leading complex, large-scale programmes, combining strong programme management expertise with a solid understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and implementation.
- Programme Leadership: Strong experience mobilising complex programmes, establishing governance and PMO structures, integrated plans, budgets, and delivery frameworks.
- Business Cases & Financial Management: Experience developing bottom-up budgets and producing high-quality business cases and investment papers for senior decision-makers.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and operate effectively with senior stakeholders, agencies, and external partners in complex organisations.
- Industry Experience: Experience within media, entertainment, or another brand-led global organisation is highly desirable.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Google Suite
