Job Description
About the role
We are seeking a strategic Brand Protection Solution Architect to oversee and connect the end-to-end deployment of an innovative, phygital (physical + digital) brand protection product designed specifically for the fashion, luxury, and apparel industry.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between physical garment manufacturing (care labels, smart trims, RFID/NFC embedding, packaging) and digital intelligence (cloud serialization platforms, Digital Product Passports, authentication APIs).
Beyond shielding brands from counterfeiting, diverted goods, and grey-market leakage, this role touches circular economy initiatives, enabling garment lifecycle tracking, re-commerce authentication, repair history, and regulatory compliance.
You will act as the operational engine, bringing structure to ambiguity, driving cross-functional alignment, and executing directly with enterprise apparel brands and global manufacturing partners.
Key Responsibilities
- This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with travel to client sites, partner facilities, or manufacturing locations as needed for initial integrations, training, and Go-Live rollouts.
- Define, structure, and execute the complete operational blueprint for onboarding and deploying our brand protection product across client ecosystems.
- Translate complex technical innovations (e.g., serialization, track-and-trace, anti-counterfeiting tech, authentication platforms) into clear, repeatable operational processes.
- Identify systemic bottlenecks early and design scalable standards, playbooks, and systems that enable rapid client onboarding without sacrificing quality.
- Bridge internal silos by identifying and collaborating with key technical and business owners to translate multi-departmental requirements into unified execution roadmaps and go-to-market goals.
- Provide on-site deployment support at client sites, partner facilities, or manufacturing locations to oversee integrations, conduct training, and ensure smooth rollouts.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, technical solution architecture, brand protection deployment, or technical supply chain management within the fashion, footwear, luxury, or apparel sector.
- Solid understanding of global garment manufacturing processes and distribution logistics.
- Deep familiarity with circular fashion business models (resale, repair, recycling) and emerging regulatory landscapes like EU Digital Product Passports (DPP) and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
